This post just happened while I was writing another post on some unique product documentation challenges.
??????????????
A highly experienced architect claimed to have designed world class buildings. His experience included consultancy, layout and design, with specific strength in execution of design, with a lot of common sense. When asked for key works as reference, he shared the following picture as one of his best works.
Shall we call it a stupid mistake by an architect? Or a blunder? And we may just laugh it off as if a friend shared it on facebook.

Raju Patel, a pure vegetarian went to an Indian restaurant in Croatia and asked for a vegetarian toast. He was not too sure of getting veg food but trusted his judgment to identify the ingredients accurately, before taking a bite.
Although the restaurant claimed to serve only veg foods, Raju ordered half a toast to test it. The manager served it with juice and left no chance to leave it to Raju?s judgment because it was served as below.
It is not stupid anymore. It is embarassing?indeed!

For some documentation assignment, I needed a contractor few days back (and that is where this post stemmed from).?One of the applications I received was as below.
While reading this email, terror (almost) struck me.??How can I apply myself to my own open position??, I thought. I read the details in green box, twice and recalled the EXPERTISE tab in my blog.
So this gentleman had copied the cover letter matter for his email, from my own blog, as you can see below.
In ?Others?, he tried to make some changes but there are mistakes in whatever original he added. I would have been sad if there were no mistakes in whatever he wrote himself.
Copying matter while applying to my job request, from my own blog! Now is that not annoying? Embarassing for that candidate. Disrespect. I just smiled away thinking of *core values* that I discussed in my guest post few days back. I could not stop myself writing back to him but I am yet to get a reply.
Endnote: I have changed that tab on this blog two days back.
